Becoming quiet 

2018 and 2019 have been the seeming winter of my personal and artistic growth: quiet on the outside in order to become quiet on the inside. Like a tree without leaves, the focus and energy have been internal; a settling and a settling in so that when the season changes, the beauty of this time blossoms in a brilliance of its own.
